Refunds given on unopened parts within 5 days of purchase.

No Returns on software, opened parts or special order items unless item is defective and within 30 days of purchase date, unless replacement warranty was purchased.

Any defective part will be repaired or replaced by Comtech for a period of 30 days. Please contact the manufacturer after 30 days for warranty, unless replacement warranty was purchased.

Replacement warranty can be purchased on most parts. Cost is $10 or 20% of purchase price; whichever is greater. This will replace most defective parts for a period of 1 year.
